Logging out an agent from Supervisor Desktop

A supervisor can remotely log out an agent from the supervisor’s contact list. This is possible only when the agent state is either Available or Auxiliary and not Busy. The supervisor’s Contact List window displays the list of supervised agents with their respective agent status in the first column of the Contact List window.

Prerequisites

Agent must be in Available or Auxiliary state and not in a call when you try to perform a remote log out. You cannot log out an agent when the agent state is Busy.

  1. Log on to Avaya one-X Agent as a supervisor.
  2. Click the Contact List icon.

    The Contact List window appears.

  3. Expand the My Team list of your Contact List window.
  4. Click the Agent Status button next to the agent’s last name whom you want to log out.
  5. Click Log out from the Agent Status list.

    The system changes the agent status to logged out in the Contact List window.
